Job Description:
Kwantlen Pizza Ltd. DBA Kwantlen Pizza Sweets and Snacks is looking for one full-time permanent Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Monitor food preparation and methods.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies as instructed by the restaurant owner.
- Monitor Restaurant’s revenues and expenses.
- Develop marketing strategies with utilizing social media networks.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
- Resolve Customer complaints that may arise.
Employment requirements:
- Completion of High school is required
- 2 to 3 years of related experience is required.
