Hotel Manager

Travelodge, located at 868 Frontage Rd. McBride, BC, V0J 2E0 is looking for a Hotel Manager. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our guests, making their visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This is a year-round, full–time position.

The right candidate will negotiate procurements with current and potential vendors, implement and ensure that all policies and procedures and followed, recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules, will work closely with the motel owner to develop promotional strategies, ensure that the guest’s overall experience during their stay in the motel meets their expectations in terms of cleanness and comfort, resolve guests’ complaints.

Qualifications:
A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or another related discipline is preferred; however, a minimum of 2 years of experience within the accommodation industry may substitute formal educational requirements
Possess good communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours that may include weekends and holidays.

We are offering $34.66/hr, 40 hours/week.
