Wage: $25.00 per hour

Working hours: 35 hours per week

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Benefit: 10 days’ paid vacation or 4% vacation pay / Free meals at work and tips

Requirements:
-Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

-At least 2 years’ work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisory role
-English

Job Duties:

• Working closely with the Manager to ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly.
• Assist with all administrative aspects and duties with the Manager.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and finding solutions.
• Train and educate all staffs for operational excellence.
• Involve in hiring new staffs.
• Ensure health, safety regulations and provincial liquor legislation are followed.
• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues.
• Provide customer service and resolve customers’ complains or concerns.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.
