Salary: $19.50/ hour

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 35 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Job requirements:

Language: English                       

Education requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:       

7 Months to less than 1 years

On site:

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Specific Skills:

1) Supervise,schedule, and evaluate cooks, kitchen helpers, and other kitchen staff.

2) Ensure all food is prepared and presented in accordance with Boston Pizza's quality, recipe, and food safety standards.

3)Monitor inventory levels and order food, beverages, and kitchen supplies to maintain efficient operations.

4)Control food, labour, and operating costs by minimizing waste and maintaining proper portion control.

5)Maintain records of inventory, sales, food costs, equipment maintenance, and wastage.

6)Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, workplace safety, and occupational health regulations.

7)Coordinate kitchen operations with front-of-house management to ensure efficient customer service and timely food preparation. 8)Assist senior management in achieving operational goals, profitability targets, and overall business growth.
