Benefits: Overtime wage 1.5 times/hr if work exceeded after 40 hours/week, 5 days paid sick leaves, 4% vacation pay

Job Duties

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a janitorial establishment.
• Establish and implement policies, procedures and quality standards for janitorial staff and cleaning operations.
• Plan and control budgets, cleaning equipment and inventory of janitorial supplies.
• Respond to client inquiries or complaints and resolve service-related problems.
• Manage service contracts and coordinate advertising or marketing activities to promote janitorial services.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate janitorial staff and cleaning supervisors.
