Specific Skills
• Supervise staff and oversee daily operations during shift
• Maintaining work schedule, assigning duties to sales staff delegating tasks as communicated by management, to service members in a way that accomplishes company goals timely and as expected by management
• Ensure all policies are being followed by service staff (e.g. carrying/answering service phones, personal cell phone policy, checklist duties are being done)
• Report any and all policy violations or misconduct of any service team member to management promptly, without prejudice or hesitation
• Review service logs of all service members daily, and suggest plans of action to the manager
• Maintain, update rental agreement files and approve payments
• Resolve customer problems and Ensure positive customer experiences by exceeding expectations
• Uphold company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers and Complete car exchange requests in computer system
• Notify management of any supply deficiencies/needs promptly so that productivity and quality of service never suffers and assist with obtaining supplies as needed
• Use effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options
• Participate in meetings between management and any service member to address issues, including and not limited to failure to meet productivity goals
