The Healthy Crunch Company (The Whole Living Kitchen Inc.) has an opening for Supervisor, Production – Food and Beverage Processing (NOC 92012) position located at 160 Matheson Blvd East Suite 4, Mississauga ON L4Z 1V4. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. Responsibilities will plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations and ensure all food safety guidelines and product standards are met.

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people

Work Site Environment and Setting: Cold/ refrigerated, Odours,

Work Setting: Food Processing plant.

Job Duties:

·         Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process

·         Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

·         Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions

·         Prepare production and other reports

·         Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

·         Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units

·         Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
