Responsibilities and Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of chauffeurs and taxi drivers.
Prepare operational, production, and performance reports.
Recommend and implement measures to improve work methods and operational efficiency.
Resolve workplace issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to productivity and service quality.
Coordinate work schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operations.
Train new employees or arrange appropriate training programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Transportation/Travel Information:
Valid driver's licence required.
Work Setting:
On-site work only. Remote work is not available.
