Job Title: Retail Sales Associate (NOC:6421)

Employer: News Mart

Location: 621 Fairville Blvd Lancaster Mall Saint John NB E2M 4X5

Salary: $13/hr for 40 hrs per week

Vacancy: 1 vacancy

Terms of employment: Term or contract/ full time

Job Requirements:

Languages

• English

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent related experience

Experience

• At least 1 year of work experience working in retail sales or related field.  

Duties:

·       Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service

·       Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store

·       Ring customer sales on an electronic cash register

·       Perform all regular cleaning activities and other tasks that are included on job assignments

·       Forecast, order and stock merchandise

·       Proficient in processing register transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualities:

·       Great attitude and willingness to learn

·       Great customer service skills

·       Attention to detail, so the store always looks great

·       Willingness to help solve problem
