We require a Retail Store Supervisor to work in the convenience store located in Kimberley, BC.

Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Duties:
– Maintain and organize specified inventory
– Authorize to order and return merchandise. .
– Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules.
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
– Authorize payment by cheque.
– Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
– Sell merchandise to customers.
– Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years supervisory experience in retail sales field is required.
Conditions.
Wage: $21.00 ~ $22.00/hour
Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
Benefit: 10 days or 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
