John and Mark Heins Farms LTd., Located at Range Road 221, Diamond City, AB T0K 0T0 is seeking a Farm Foreman. Permanent, Full-Time, English speaking work place. Rural Area.
Wage: $28.00/hour for 40-60 hours per week
Education: High School
Experience: 3 years cattle

Duties:
All duties related to the management of cattle. Work closely with management to ensure organizational goals are met/develop specific plans to prioritize. Assist in the development and the implantation of farm safety and bio-security procedures and ensure the procedures are followed. Oversee the repair and maintenance of feedlot facilities. Supervise livestock-related programs. Train new staff. Monitor cattle for illness and injuries and treat. Discuss any illnesses with the veterinarians. Maintain accurate records of the feedlot operations. Farm duties as directed by management.
Weekend work is required (including Sundays). Must be able to work in ALL weather conditions.
