Hiring 1 Permanent & Full-time Restaurant Manager Position!
House of Tofu Soup is an authentic Korean restaurant in Burnaby known for its rich, flavorful tofu soup and a variety of traditional Korean dishes made with fresh ingredients. We are looking for full-time restaurant manager to work with us.

Position: Restaurant Manager
Available Position: 1 position
Wage: $28.00 ~ 37.00 per hour (depending on experience or skills)
Working Hours: 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation per year
Requirements:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– At least 2 years of work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisor role
– English
Job Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure tasks are completed properly
- Assist with administrative work and coordination
- Handle operational, maintenance, and staff issues and find solutions
- Train and support staff for service excellence
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new employees
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Work with vendors to manage procurement of food and other supplies
- Develop and manage budgets to maximize restaurant profits, while tracking daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenue.
- Manage customer complaints, gather guest feedback, and suggest menu improvements.
