Nelson Creek Ranch located at SE35-12-2-W5 and SE36-8-1-W5 MD of Pincher Creek, AB, is seeking a hands on working Ranch Foreman. (high in the Porcupine Hills) English speaking workplace. Rural area. Remote location. Full-time. Permanent position:
- Wage: $ /hour
- Expereince: 3 years
- Benefits: Heath Insurance package after 1 year.
- Education: High school
Duties:Low stress handling of cattle. Manage daily livestock care, direct ranch staff. Work cattle from horseback. Arrnage for veterinary care if necessary. Manage grazing rotations. Oversee the haying work in the summer. Oversee the hauling of water to dry pastures in the summer. Oversee the maintenance of farm equipment and arrange for repairs if necessary.
Weekend work is required. Must be able to work in ALL weather conditions.
