Airport Plaza Petroleum Ltd. Located in Kelowna, BC (5538 Airport Way) is looking for a full-time reliable and flexible Administration officer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join the team. You must possess the following skills: attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work tasks. Hours of work is 40 hours/week at $24 an hour.

Responsibilities include:
– Prepare budget reports
– Prepare statistical data
– Assist with safety administration and prepare reports for compliance
– Develop and implement administrative procedures and update as needed
– Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
– Co-ordinate and plan for office services (eg. supplies, equipment, parking, maintenance and security services)
– Carry out all administrative duties efficiently
– Answer queries (employers and customers)
– Maintain company calendar and schedule appointments
– Organize company filing system
– Identify problem areas and determine solutions
– Ensure that administrative activities run smoothly

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Master’s Degree, at least 2 years of experience
