Description
Leduc Car & Truck Wash located in Leduc, Alberta is hiring a reliable Car Wash Manager.
You will be responsible for the following:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the car wash facility.
Establish and implement operational policies, procedures and customer service standards.
Plan and control budgets, inventory and supplies.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and resolve operational issues.
Develop and implement local marketing and promotional activities.
Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and quality standards.
You need to meet the following qualifications:
Completion of Secondary school is required.
2–3 years of experience in the car wash or related service industry is required.
English is required,
Your hourly wage will be $36. 4% vacation pay is provided.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
