DeVry Greenhouses (1989) Ltd. is looking to hire 1 greenhouse general labourer to do the following duties:

Job Details: 

Location of work: On Site
 
Salary: $18.34/hour for 40 – 55 hours per week
 
Terms of employment: Seasonal Full-time

Start Date: October 05, 2026

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekends

Tasks: 

  • Clean the crops 
  • Greenhouse cleaning 
  • Plant bulbs and seeds 
  • Pot and repot plants 
  • Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/ or gardens 
  • Clean work area

Job Requirements: 

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required

Experience: Experience is an asset
 
Languages: English
 
Work Conditions and phyical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending crouching, kneeling, weight handling upto 23 kg(50 lbs)
 
Personality suitability: Team Player
