Education:
College/CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years
On site:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Specific Skills:
1) Evaluate and oversee the restaurant's daily operations to ensure efficient and profitable service.
2) Monitor sales, labour costs, and staffing levels to maintain operational efficiency.
3) Plan, organize, and coordinate daily restaurant activities.
4)Recruit, interview, and assist in hiring restaurant staff.
5)Prepare staff schedules and assign duties based on operational needs.
6)Supervise, motivate, and provide ongoing support to employees.
7)Train new and existing staff on customer service, food preparation, company policies, and workplace safety procedures.
8)Determine service standards and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
9)Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching where required.
10) Organize, monitor, and maintain food, beverage, and supply inventory.
11)Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations.
12)Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve service-related issues professionally.
13) Coordinate catering orders, special events, and group bookings when required.
14)Assist in implementing promotional activities and strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
15) Prepare operational reports and assist management in achieving business goals and maintaining profitability.
