Job Duties:
Please note: This role involves working various and long hours.
Monitoring animal health
Feed and tend livestock including heifers, calves etc
Bring cows from yard to milking shed according to farm procedure
Check and start the milking system
Milk cows in an orderly and consistent manner
Ensure equipment sanitation procedures are followed after milking
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Detect disease and health problems in the cattle and advise to supervisor
Ensure the milk is properly handled
Ensure all the equipment is operating properly
Clean stables, barns
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
No formal education required and no experience
Language: No English/Basic English is sufficient
