Bella Coola Valley Inn is now hiring the experienced Cooks.
Employer: Bremer Canada Enterprises Ltd. (o/a Bella Coola Valley Inn)
Position: 2 Full-time Cooks (part-time is also negotiable)
Duties:
-Prepare and cook food according to recipes
-Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
-Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc.
-Clean kitchen and work area.
-May schedule and/or train kitchen helpers.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school
– 2+ years of cooking experience required.
– Japanese style cooking skill would be an asset.
Wage: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (depend on working experience)
Working Condition: 35 – 40 hours a week. 10 days paid vacation per year.
Working Location: 441 Mackenzie Street, Bella Coola, BC. V0T 1C0
