We are hiring a Retail Sales Supervisor to work in our Windermere General Store in Windermere, BC

Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Vacancy: 1

Wage: $24-$25 /hour

Working Condition: 35 – 40 hours a week.

Working Location: Windermere, BCV0B 2L2

Duties:

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Requirement:

• Completion of secondary school
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in the retail sales field
