Job Description
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order
- Check and maintain all chemical levels and inventory
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines
- Sweep, scrape and mop floors in all areas of the facility
- Maintain GMP logs, periodical cleaning and logs
- Assist the production line
- Lift loads upto 25lbs.
- Ensure all items are clean according to sanitation guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Complete day-end dishwasher maintenance
- Remove trash, recycling and compost at end of the day
- Clean, sanitize and close workstations
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- No experience required.
- Some experience working in the kitchen would be an asset.
