JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervise staff, assign workers duties
- Hire and train or arrange training for staff
- Authorize payments by cheque, returns of merch
- Establish work schedules
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Manage cash
- Customer services
SKILLS
- Completion of secondary school
- 2-3 years previous experience
- Excellent communication skills
