Description
Cozy Winter Cuisine & Bar is a traditional hotpot and meal prep restaurant in Regina. Our restaurant is known for its variety of tastes and high-quality fresh ingredients. We are now hiring experienced Cook positions.

Job Duties:
– Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
– Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
– Cook completed various foods according to our recipe.
– Check food while cooking to stir/or turn.
– Check the quality of ingredients.
– Order or receive food supplies after selecting the best qualities.
– Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards.
– Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc.
– Clean kitchen and work area.
– May schedule and/or train kitchen helpers.
– Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years of cooking experience required.
Wage: $15 per hour
Work Hours: 30~40 hours a week.
