Job Summary

Focus Worldwide Logistics Services Co. Ltd. is seeking one Business Analyst to support business systems analysis, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making within our logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Analyze information, and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Evaluate existing business systems and recommend enhancements
• Conduct data analysis to support logistics planning and operational performance
• Develop business process models, workflows, and reporting tools
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system solutions
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of information systems
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management

Employment Requirements

Candidates must meet the following:

·       Minimum fiver years’ relevant professional experience.

Additional assets:

• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or enterprise systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset due to the company’s international operations
