Salary: $32.00 Hourly
Job Type: Full Time & Permanent (at-least 30 hours per week)
Language: English
Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in managerial or supervisory role, preferably in retail industry is required

Key Responsibilities:
– Responsible for planning, directing and evaluating daily store operations
– Communicate with various vendors & part suppliers
– Responsible for planning budgets and authorize vendor payments
– Managing store staff and assigning duties to them
– Perform market research and keep up with market trends to determine customers’ needs, potential sales volume, and knowledge about competitors’ effect on sales
– Carefully analyze and determine which accessories, products, commodities & services to be sold
– Looking after store’s operational efficiency by effectively managing employee work hours, work flow and revieing results of work performed by store employees
– Creating and/or modifying and implementing marketing strategies and perform store marketing runs
– Achieve store’s financial objectives by controlling expenditures, analyzing variances and business metrics and initiating corrective actions, if required
– Building brand image by establishing positive business relationship with new and existing customers
– Providing recommendations to customers & consult with repair technicians pertaining to problems which they are facing with their devices and provide proper repair estimates to customers
– Ensure that the products, commodities sold, and our repair services meet or exceed UBREAKIFIX quality standards
– Resolve problems such as customer complaints, supply shortages, any other problems which may arise
– Speak with customers over the phone, if required, with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor
– Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
– Perform weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, semi-annual & annual inventory counts, as per UBREAKIFIX procedures
– Determine overall staffing requirements and hiring of staff
– Attend management meetings and report problems; also provide explanations / recommendations on related matters
– Overall responsibility of audits by UBREAKIFIX
– Perform any other related duties as instructed by the management

Skills Preferred:
– Good communication skills
– Good problem solving and analytical skills
– Basic technical skills such as use of smart phones and windows OS-based computers
– Work well in team environment
