or equivalent experience

Experience 1 to less than 7 months

On site  Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting Nursing home/home for the aged. Own transportation

Tasks

Supervise patients' exercise routines Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort Perform other duties related to personal careWeigh, lift, turn and position patients Make beds and maintain patients' rooms Bathe, dress and groom patients Transport patients between care facilities Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher Answer call signals to determine patients' needs Administer first aid in emergency situations

Job Requirements 

Credentials  Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid, Certificate, CPR Certificate

Security and safety: Criminal record check, Immunization records, Vulnerable sector check, Tuberculosis test

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks

Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling

Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
