Home Support Worker
The Jit Singh Family is looking for a Home Support Worker to help care for their mother at their residence. This is a full-time, year-round position.
Duties:
- Provide companionship and personal care to elderly individuals in their homes, following the guidance of family members.
- Assist with regular exercise routines.
- Shopped for food and household supplies necessary for elderly persons.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and manage medications as prescribed by the doctor under the supervision of family members.
- Assist with personal hygiene.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks related to elderly individuals.
- Carry out any other related duties as required.
Requirement
- High school diploma
- Formal training or equivalent experience in a caregiving-related field. At least one year of experience is required.

Ability to communicate in English
Wages: $21.00/hr for 40 hours per week.
Work setting: Private house, Aristocrat Rd, Brampton, ON, L6P 1W9
