Position Overview

SHB Holdings Ltd., operating as Subway, is seeking a reliable and experienced Overnight Restaurant Manager to oversee nightly operations at our Vancouver location. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations during overnight shifts
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality are consistently met
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor employee performance
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control procedures
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation regulations
• Handle cash, prepare deposits, and complete basic financial reporting
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure adherence to Subway brand standards and company policies

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school
• 1–2 years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety regulations
