Wage: $38.50 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
• Monitor staff performance and provide training and supervision
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly
• Control inventory, food costs, and labor expenses
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and employee development
• Track sales and prepare operational reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications

• Completion of Secondary School Education
• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
