Job Summary:

 

Parso Express is seeking a dependable and proactive Delivery Driver Supervisor to support and oversee daily parcel‑delivery operations across our fast‑growing logistics network. The supervisor will coordinate delivery drivers, monitor routes, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely, accurate, and customer‑focused deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

·      Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of delivery drivers operating company vans for parcel pickup and last‑mile delivery, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to Parso Express service standards.

·      Establish delivery methods, route structures, and dispatch procedures to meet workload demands and coordinate activities with dispatch, warehouse, and customer‑service teams.

·      Resolve work problems such as routing delays, customer escalations, and vehicle‑related issues, recommending measures to improve performance, route efficiency, and service quality.

·      Requisition delivery materials, scanners, packaging supplies, uniforms, and safety equipment to support uninterrupted field operations.

·      Train new and existing drivers in job duties, safe‑driving practices, parcel‑handling procedures, customer‑interaction standards, and Parso Express policies.

·      Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, and performance improvement measures based on operational needs and driver performance.

·      Dispatch drivers, assign routes, and monitor real‑time delivery progress through tracking systems to ensure schedules are met and operating problems are addressed promptly.

·      Prepare daily and weekly operational reports, delivery‑performance summaries, and expenditure logs related to fuel, vehicle usage, and delivery supplies.

·      Pick up, transport, and deliver parcels to residential and commercial customers when required, following assigned routes and delivery schedules.

·      Operate company vans safely, conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, and report mechanical issues promptly.

·      Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries, obtain signatures, verify package information, and address basic inquiries.

·      Load, sort, and unload packages according to delivery sequence, ensuring proper handling and minimizing damage.

·      Use handheld scanners, routing apps, and tracking systems to update parcel status, confirm deliveries, and maintain accurate digital records.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Valid G License
