H & G Mobile Hut Inc. is hiring 1 experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join the company ASAP. We are looking for someone who can provide supervision to the Services areas in the store and sales staff.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise, trains and co-ordinates sales staff and cashiers in all aspects of services and customer engagement.
• Prepares work schedules and assigns sales work to sales staff.
• Sells merchandise to customers and maintains specified inventory.
• Order merchandise and prepares reports regarding sales.
• Monitors adequate inventory levels and places orders for all register and related supplies.
• Monitors and maintains accurate records for petty cash transactions.
• Accountable for the input and integrity of paperwork.
• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
Language: English
Experience: 1-2 Years of related work experience
Education: Secondary School
