We're looking for an experienced assistant store manager to join our team at the Windermere General Store- where we offer liquor, grocery, and fuel services.

Responsibilities:

– Direct and control daily operations

– Evaluate daily operations

– Plan and organize daily operations

– Manage staff and assign duties

– Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

– Conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school
– At least 5 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility.
Work Conditions:
– Wage: $41.83- $42.00 per hour
– Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
