Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts.

Location: 3112 Boundary Road, Burnaby, BC V5M 4A2
Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Salary: $36.60 per hour
Number of hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST/HST returns.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
• Support accountants with year-end preparation.
• Communicate with clients regarding financial documents and inquiries.

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
• 1-6 months of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and client service skills
