Citi College of Canadian Careers, Toronto Ontario is hiring for permanent fulltime position of
Technology Support Technician- Help Desk

Help desk is a key member of the Services & Application Support Team to provide 1st level technical support to Email, Telephony, Web Content Management System (WCMS), Identity Management (IDM) and Learning Management System (LMS). The Technology Support Specialist – Help Desk ensures that the faculty, staff, and students who use these services and applications have any technical questions resolved in a timely fashion.

Job responsibilities:
• To Provide technical support to college employees and students experiencing difficulties regarding computer and software issues.
• Troubleshooting and implementing solutions advising and training users for Network and Internet support.
• Consulting technical manuals, related documents and prepare concise procedural documentation
• Managing smooth functionality of support applications including computer accounts, corporate data, email, LMS, IDM and WCMS
• To interact with people in a professional, respectful, and diplomatic manner
• Assess and scope areas for improvement and to offer creative solutions

Salary: $32.00 per hour
Working hours: 40 hours a week/ 5 days a week
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Technical support experience
Education: Completed college diploma or degree in Communication Engineering
