Jobs Duties :

* Prepare and cook Indian food items on the Restaurant Menu.

* Oversee kitchen operations.

* Ensure food quality is at highest standards.

* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.

* Schedule and supervise kitchen Helpers.

* Train the staff.

Employment Requirements :

1 year to less than 2 years of experience  is required.
