Dynamic Endoscopy & Speciality Care, A reputed, overloaded, vibrant, modern specialized care has an immediate opening for an Office Manager who can work under pressure in a demanding and fast-paced environment.

Dynamic Endoscopy & Speciality Care offers specialized care to our patients and their families. We strive to achieve the highest quality of care for our patients and provide a comfortable and safe experience for everyone who visits our facility.

Key responsibilities:
Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and ethics
Oversees the development and implementation of a marketing practice while maintaining an appropriate office environment
Generate work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other workers or departments
Prepare and send documents to Physicians, Pharmacies, and Patients
Confirm smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
Manage insurance contracts and ensure compliance with contracts
Oversees the financial aspects of the business, such as billing, banking and accounting
Books patient clinic appointments, including ultrasound, lab, as well as external appointments as required
Supervise medical coding, medical billing and banking
May Receive and process incoming referrals, including booking New Patient Visits
Ordering medications, kits, pamphlets and other clinical supplies as well as participate in monthly and Year-End Inventory

Ideal candidate requirement:
Proven work experience as an office manager
Knowledge of data and administrative processes and principles
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations
A college diploma is preferred in a related field
At least 1 – 2 years experience in office administration in a related field
Microsoft Office Literate in Email, Word, Excel etc.
