Job Description

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Participate actively in store objectives, including crew incentives, marketing promotions and contests
Working with the management team in order to meet sales goals and budget line items, including food, labor, paper and other controllable expenses
React proactively and professionally to all guest concerns and complaints in a timely manner to build customer loyalty and longevity
Being knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation, ensuring restaurant exceeds all regulations and company policies
Mentor, motivate and train crew to provide exceptional guest experience and provide quality product
React to areas of opportunity with professionalism and with a desire to better the restaurant system through new and innovative ideas

2 to less than 3 Years of experience in the related field

Secondary High School graduation certificate
Additional Skills

Conduct performance reviews
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Organize and maintain inventory
Specific Skills

Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Develop, implement and analyze budgets

Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
