Job duties:
Supervising and organizing the sales operations of Gas station and convenient store allocated within the same premises.
To supervise staff’s schedule work hours, assign duties and resolving customer problems
Daily checking the Gas level in reserve tanks, need and supply of goods in convenient store further making arrangements for the same.
Prepare daily pump, sales, and cash reconciliation reports;
Ensure station is operating in accordance to security, safety, and fire prevention policies and procedures;
Specific Skills
Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Organize and maintain inventory
