Salary: $16/hour
The responsibilities and expectations of the Security Guard Supervisor will Include, but is not limited to the following:
Enforcing rules of a construction property
Protect Corporation property from vandalism
Allow only authorized individuals to enter the premises
Conduct interior, exterior and parking garage foot patrols
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
writing daily reports
answering a site cell phone
responding to alarms within the property
Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Requirements: Secondary school education

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
