Job Requirements:
– High School certificate;
– 3 years of experience within travel agencies or educational travel providers;
– Strong understanding of Latin America clientele and cultural sensitivity;
– Strong knowledge of education pathways for ESL students into higher learning;
– Strong knowledge of softwares Edvisor.io, Slack, Trello and G-Suite;
– Experience with client relations;
Job Description
– Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related material from machine dictation, website material, and handwritten copies;
– Open and distribute incoming regular, electronic mail and other material, coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments using the internal workflow software according to priorities and designations – Edvisor.io, Slack and Trello;
– Schedule and confirmation of appointments and meetings of the employer, clients, and partners;
– Solve client issues;
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory for all electronics directly related to the accomplishment of tasks;
– Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
– Answer and schedule Skype calls, creating client logs and updating Edvisor.io as required. Making sure all necessary information from clients is up to date in order to quickly generate invoices;
– Call clients for outstanding/overdue payments;
– Set up and maintain manual and electronic information filing systems;
– Determine, establish and enforce office procedures and policies;
– Greet visitors; ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to the employer or appropriate person;
– Record and prepare minutes of meetings;
– Arrange travel schedules and make reservations;
– Compile and input data, statistics and other information to support research activities;
– Supervise and train office staff in procedures and in the use of current software;
– Organize conferences, Info Sessions and Workshops.
