The responsibilities and expectations will include, but is not limited to the following:
• Communicate electronically and in person with customers experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
• Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
• Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users
• Solving difficulties including technical issues with uploading documents and arranging paperwork
• Helping in setting up computers, printers, wireless systems and technical phones
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements: Other trade Certificate or Diploma
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
