Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in retail or customer service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff

Assign duties and ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Provide training and support to team members

Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering stock

Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience (supervisory experience preferred)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic math and cash handling skills

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
