Hobin Foods Ltd. DBA Panago Pizza in Victoria, BC is looking for skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Food Service Supervisors.

Conditions       

Ÿ   Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)

Ÿ   Status: Full-Time, Permanent Position

Ÿ   Hourly Wage: $20.15/hour

Ÿ   Working Hours: 30-40 hrs/week

Ÿ   Ability to do shift work (morning, daytime, evenings, weekends and holidays)

Ÿ   Vacation: 4% gross salary

Ÿ   Number of Position: 1

Requirements

·         Education: Completion of secondary school

·         Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in food preparation or service

Job Duties

·         Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff.

·         Prepare food order summaries for kitchen staffs.

·         Establish work schedule.

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

·         Estimate and order supplies and ingredients.

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Perform cashier’s or server’s duty such as taking orders and processing payments if it needs.
