Anatoli Yaletown Holdings Inc dba The Greek Yaletown in Vancouver, BC is looking for skilled and experienced full-time, Cook.

Conditions:

• Position: Cook (NOC63200)
• Status: Full-Time, Permanent position
• Wage: $23.00/hour
• Working hours: minimum 30 hours per week
• Ability to do shift work according to the work schedule
• Vacation: 4% gross salary
• Benefits: Tips and 1 staff meal per shift
• Number of Positions: 1

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 3 years of commercial cooking experience as a Cook  
• Language: English is required

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals and foods on the menu such as soups, salads, souvlaki, moussaka, calamari, youvetsi etc.
• Plan menu and determine food portions size
• Oversee kitchen operations and may supervise other kitchen staffs and helpers
• Ensure to maintain high quality of foods
• Maintain inventory, and monitor and order supplies and equipment
• May clean kitchen and work area
