We have openings for restaurant assistant managers at our Royal Indian Buffet and Sweets (2543081 Ontario Inc.) located at 525 Hespeler Road suite Unit # 4 Cambridge, Ontario N1R 6J2. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you.
Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Duties:

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Supervision: 11 to 15 people

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call, Overtime available

Salary: CAD $37.50 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week  
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent

Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS office, MS Outlook
