Description: Nanny required to provide Full-time childcare for 4 year old and after school for 11 year old.
Main Duties:
* Supervise and care for children in employer's residence
* Drop off and pick up children from school and activities
* Bathe, dress and feed children as needed
* Plan, prepare and serve meals for children
* Perform housekeeping duties- including meal prep for family, laundry and cleaning of kitchen and living area
* Oversee children's activities, such as meals and rest periods, as instructed by employer
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
* Instruct children in personal hygiene
* Tend to the emotional well-being of children and support their social development
* Discipline children according to the methods set-out by the parents
* Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings
Employment Requirements:
* Completion of secondary school
* Completion of a training program in child care or a related field
* Flexible working hours required, as shifts will often be split between morning and evening work
* At least three years of child care experience
* Demonstrated ability to perform work, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple children under the age of four
* First aid certification and CPR training required
