Description
Duties and Responsibilities
• Produce graphic design artwork using Adobe Creative suite programs
• Prepare marketing materials for vacancies, including flyers and brochures
• Work directly with external partners on various print and signage engagements
• Effectively present and communicate creative designs and strategy to agents in both formal and day-to-day scenarios
• Create and update contents for company website, social media platforms including Wechat and YouTube-condohot
• Research real estate and designer related sites, competitors’ websites and social media platforms
• Work within marketing team to strategy marketing projects
• Strong photography experience in events coverage, campaign specific and conceptual production
• Estimate cost of material and time for promotional pieces
Required Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in arts/graphic design or related field
• At least 3-year graphic design experience with application in print
• Prior marketing and promotional experience in real estate industry is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• A portfolio demonstrating designs completed for print
• Strong organizational skills with a creative flair
• Ability to work and manage multiple projects independently
• International experience or education is a plus
