Gurdev Gill & Sons Farm Ltd is hiring ten farm workers  to run farm operations located at  464 Columbia St; 420 Columbia St, 32650 Huntingdon Road; 33410 Huntingdon Road Abbotsford, BC- V2T 5X6

Type of crops Blueberries & Raspberries

Job details:

Position: Farm Worker

Wages: $ 18.25  /hr (40  hours  per week)

Permanent employment, Full time

Benefits: Accommodation will be provided at $ 30/week

Your job duties include:

• Planting, cultivating, harvesting, cleaning, sorting blueberry and raspberry crops
• Sorts produce into marketable and non-marketable lots
• Irrigating the crops, maintenance of irrigation system and related tasks.
• Secure plants, Weeding and Clean work area
• Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and produce
• Detect disease in crops.
• Check product quality and readiness for market

Requirements:

No formal language requirements.

No formal education requirement.

No experience required, will train.
