Position: Nursery (Agriculture) supervisor (Full-Time, Permanent)

Location: Various locations — On-site only

Wage: $22 to 25 per hour (to be negotiated)

Hours: 30–40 hours per week

Location 845 Downey Road North Saanich BC



Key Responsibilities



Organize daily greenhouse and nursery tasks

Plant, transplant, water, and care for plants and seedlings

Load, unload, and move nursery supplies and materials

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Supervise farm workers and maintain schedules

Train and hire farm laborers



Experience & Specialization



Experience: 1 year or 2 years of related experience (training provided)



Areas of Work:



Nursery / greenhouse

Grounds maintenance

Lawn care & landscaping support

Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma required.



Languages

English



Employment Details



Permanent full-time

30–40 hours per week
