DeVry Greenhouses (1989) Ltd. is looking to hire 1 Greenhouse Supervisor to do the following duties:

 

Job Details:

Location of work: On Site

Salary: $28.48 /hourly for 40 – 47.5 hours per week

Terms of employment:  Permanent Full-time

Start date: As soon as possible

 

Employment conditions: Morning Day
 
Tasks: 
 
  • Organize planting of trees, gardens and lawns
  • Schedule work
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers

Supervision: 

  • 3-4 people

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years 
  • Language: English 

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods and Bending, crouching, kneeling.
